If you wish to report an instance of noncompliance with a particular policy, please contact the Responsible Unit listed in the header of that policy or you may contact the Compliance Office at comply@tcnj.edu.
Additional information on how to file a complaint about a violation of law, policy or ethical standards may be found on the College’s Ethics Webpage at https://ethics.pages.tcnj.edu/.
The Conscientious Employee Protection Act (“CEPA”) N.J.S.A. 34:19-1 et seq. CEPA, which is also known as New Jersey’s whistleblower law, encourages employees to report illegal or fraudulent workplace activities, policies or practices. CEPA prohibits an employer from taking retaliatory action against an employee for reporting violations.
In accordance with CEPA, the College has also made available a confidential hotline for reporting misconduct. This service is maintained for the College by a nationally recognized outside vendor, EthicsPoint, Inc.
To file a report, you may call toll-free at 1-888-366-6025 or visit the EthicsPoint Website at https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/en/report_company.asp (enter “The College of New Jersey”, click “submit”, select Company/Institution (The College of New Jersey), click on “File a Report” (under the College seal and above “Our Mission”), and follow the instructions on your screen).
